Property
We provide a full service in relation to the purchase, sale, leasing or mortgaging of residential, commercial or agricultural property. We realise that the purchase and sale of your home is probably the most important (and possibly stressful) time of your life, we will do our utmost to make the transaction as straight forward and non-stressful as possible.

Wills
If you own property and wish to make provision for its distribution after your death, then you will have to make a will. It is possible to buy a prepared will from certain stationery shops but we strongly advise you to prepare one through a solicitor. Appropriate advice can be given to structure your will in the most tax efficient manner possible. We can advise you on all aspects of preparing your will and will draft one suitable for your needs.

Administration of Estates
When a person dies, it is necessary to administer their estates (assets such as land/houses, bank accounts etc) and distribute them to the beneficiaries entitled. We can attend to this important matter, discharge Probate Fees and Income Tax (if any), extract a Grant of Representation to the estate (which is the legal document allowing the assets to be distributed), distribute the assets and make appropriate Inheritance Tax returns for the beneficiaries.

Court appearances
This might possibly be the most stressful time for you if you have to appear in court (even if you have already bought your home!). If you have been summonsed to appear in court for an alleged offence, we can provide you with legal representation.

Litigation
We can fully advise you whether you are bringing legal proceedings against a third party or defending such proceedings.

Employment Law
It is important to be aware of your rights and obligations, whether you are an employer, employee or self-employed. We can advise in relation to all legal aspects of employment.
